Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using, registering for, or accessing the Do Survey platform at do-survey.com and do-survey.online (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a public offer in the sense of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable law; the Terms are accepted by registering an account or by starting to use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Parties

Operator: Limited Liability Company "DOSURVEY" (LLC "DOSURVEY" / ООО «DOSURVEY»), INN 313 232 147, registered in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan on 5 August 2026 (certificate No. 7154961, registration number 3309716), legal address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, "Elobod" mahalla, Chust street, 1 ("Operator", "we").

User — any natural or legal person using the Service, including Account holders (Tenants) and Respondents.

3. Service description

Do Survey is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for creating, publishing and managing surveys. The Service is accessible via the web at:

  • EU region: do-survey.com, {slug}.do-survey.com, admin.do-survey.com;
  • CIS region: do-survey.online, {slug}.do-survey.online, admin.do-survey.online.

The workspace region is chosen at registration (website and geo-zone) and is not moved automatically. Where operational data is stored is described in the Privacy Policy. Features and limits depend on the selected subscription plan.

4. Account registration

  • Registration is available to persons aged 18 or older with full legal capacity (ability to independently conclude contracts) under the law of their country of permanent residence or citizenship. If the applicable law sets a higher age for independently concluding a contract, that higher age applies;
  • You provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
  • You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all actions in your account;
  • One user — one account; transferring an account to third parties without the Operator's consent is prohibited.

5. Plans and payment

  • Access is provided by subscription. Pricing and limits are published on the website;
  • Payments are processed through two payment providers depending on the buyer's country:
    • Paddle.com Limited (Merchant of Record) — for international subscriptions (customers outside the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus). The sale contract is concluded between the user and Paddle; Paddle is responsible for taxes and refunds under its own rules. Cancellation is available via the Paddle self-service portal or in account settings;
    • YooMoney (brand "YooKassa", operator — "YooMoney", NBCO LLC, OGRN 1127711000031, INN 7750005725, Bank of Russia license No. 3510-K) — for customers in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The sale contract is concluded between the user and LLC "DOSURVEY"; YooMoney acts as a technical intermediary for processing the payment and is not a party to the contract. Refunds are handled under the Operator's Refund Policy; to request a refund, contact support@do-survey.online with the payment number;
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the renewal date;
  • Taxes and duties apply according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the buyer's country;
  • When paying by bank card, the card data is entered on the secure side of the respective payment provider and is not transferred to the Operator.

6. Tenant's rights and obligations

The Tenant may:

  • Create surveys and collect responses within plan limits;
  • Manage users of their account;
  • Export and delete data of their account.

The Tenant must:

  • Obtain respondents' consent to collect their personal data where required by law;
  • Not use the Service to collect special categories of data (health, racial/ethnic origin, religion, political opinions, etc.) without a legal basis;
  • Bear responsibility towards respondents as the controller of their data;
  • Comply with applicable law and the rights of third parties.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, phishing, or fraud;
  • Collect personal data without proper consent or notice to respondents;
  • Attempt to compromise security, scan or attack the Service infrastructure;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code;
  • Share credentials with third parties for joint use of an account;
  • Use the Service to host malicious, discriminatory, or offensive content.

8. Intellectual property

The Operator retains all rights to the Service, including source code, design, the "DOSURVEY" trademark, and related materials. Content uploaded by the Tenant (surveys, media) remains the property of the Tenant; the Tenant grants the Operator a limited license to process such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Data and confidentiality

Processing of personal data, storage regions and international transfers are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" within the limits permitted by applicable law of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect or lost profits;
  • The Operator's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Tenant for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim event, except in cases of intent or gross negligence;
  • The Tenant is liable to the Operator for damages arising from breach of the Terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of the Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. The Tenant may terminate the account at any time via settings. Upon termination, data is deleted within a reasonable period in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may change the Terms. A new version is published on this page with an updated date. Material changes are notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

  • The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • For consumers — natural persons using the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes — the mandatory norms of the consumer protection legislation of their country of permanent residence additionally apply;
  • Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement — in court at the Operator's location in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
