Refund Policy

1. Who this applies to

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the Do Survey platform at do-survey.com and do-survey.online (the "Service") provided by LLC "DOSURVEY" (INN 313 232 147). The refund procedure depends on the payment provider used to pay for the subscription.

2. Payment providers and areas of responsibility

  • Paddle.com Limited (Merchant of Record) — international subscriptions (customers outside the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus). Refunds for such payments are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and the applicable law of the buyer's country.
  • YooMoney (brand "YooKassa", operator — "YooMoney", NBCO LLC, OGRN 1127711000031, INN 7750005725, Bank of Russia license No. 3510-K) — customers in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Refunds are initiated by LLC "DOSURVEY" and returned via YooMoney to the same card/account used for the payment.

3. 14-day cooling-off period

  • If you paid for an annual subscription and have not used the Service beyond the Free plan limits (have not created surveys beyond the Free limit, have not invited users beyond the Free limit), you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
  • The refund is provided regardless of the reason.
  • The cooling-off period does not apply to monthly subscriptions, as the subscription term is short; you may cancel it to avoid being charged for the next month (see section 4).

4. Cancellation and non-renewal

  • You may cancel the subscription auto-renewal at any time in your account settings (for Paddle — also via the Paddle self-service portal).
  • After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period; no new payment is charged.
  • The current paid period is non-refundable, except for the case in section 3 (14-day cooling-off period for annual subscriptions).

5. Refund after 14 days (annual subscriptions)

  • After 14 days, a refund for an annual subscription is provided pro-rata for the unused period upon request to support@do-survey.online.
  • The cost of actual usage (in days) and the payment provider's fee (if not refunded by the provider) is deducted from the refund amount.
  • The decision is made on a case-by-case basis; we aim to accommodate good-faith users.

6. Exclusions

No refund is provided if:

  • The subscription was paid for the current month and the 14-day period (for annual) has expired;
  • The Terms of Use were breached, resulting in account suspension for a violation of law or abuse;
  • The refund request shows signs of fraud or abuse of the right to a refund (mass registrations, repeated refunds after using paid-tier limits).

7. Timing and method of refund

  • The refund is made to the same payment instrument used for the payment (the same bank card/account).
  • Time to receive funds: up to 10 business days for YooMoney; for Paddle — according to Paddle's policy (usually 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank).
  • Fees charged by payment systems and issuing banks, withheld outside our control, are not refundable.
  • A refund via YooMoney is technically possible within the time limits set by the payment method (as a rule, up to 3 years from the payment date; for SberPay — up to 13 months). After this period, the refund is made by another method upon agreement with the Operator.

8. How to request a refund

Email support@do-survey.online and provide:

  1. The email of your Do Survey account;
  2. The payment number (from the receipt or the email from Paddle/YooMoney);
  3. The reason for the refund (optional, but helps speed up processing);
  4. For a cooling-off-period refund — confirmation that the Free limits were not exceeded.

We respond within 3 business days.

9. Changes to this Policy

LLC "DOSURVEY" may change this Policy. A new version is published on this page with an updated date. Changes do not worsen the terms of already-paid subscriptions until their term ends.
