There is no US cloud region. Operational workspace data for US and Americas customers is hosted in the EU (Sofia, Bulgaria) and is not stored in the CIS region. Encryption, CCPA-style export and deletion, and Enterprise on-premise are available if policy requires data in your own environment.
Register your organization on the sign-up page. You get a workspace at company.do-survey.com (EU region) or company.do-survey.online (CIS region), depending on the site and geo-zone. You can create your first survey in 5 minutes.
Yes. On Pro and above, fully anonymous surveys are available without linking responses to specific users.
REST API is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Documentation covers endpoints for surveys, responses, and users.
When you sign up, you get your own isolated workspace with separate data, users, and settings. Operational data stays in the region of that workspace and is not copied to the other region.
